Julieanna Hefner is the Founder and Executive Director of Hope Holders Ketchikan (HHKTN) and a Certified Peer Support Professional III who has turned her lived experience into a lifelong mission of service, compassion, and community care.

Rooted in Ketchikan, Alaska, Julieanna leads with heart—believing that healing begins when people feel seen, heard, and valued. Through her own journey of recovery and resilience, she has built HHKTN as a trauma-informed, person-centered hub for connection, stability, and hope.

A mother, grandmother, and advocate, Julieanna understands that recovery takes courage and that no one should have to walk it alone. Her vision for Hope Holders Ketchikan is to meet people where they are, helping them rebuild with dignity and purpose—because everyone deserves the opportunity to Hope, Heal, and Transform.
